MALCOLM'S ClOSET RE-STORE
RE-Store Hope to Fragile Families in Georgia
Re-Store was initially launched on September 11, 2017.
It was created by Malcolm's mother and his children to honor their father.
We wanted to pay forward by celebrating his life rather than the event which took him away from us.
Malcolm was a giver, he'd give you the shirt off his back. He never met a stranger.
Therefore we thought giving was the acceptable way to continue his acts of kindness
As a 501c3 we have participated in community coat and blanket drives. Items received
were donated locally to families in need. To date we have given various furniture items to over 25 local households.
MALCOLM'S CLOSET Seeks to inspire Joy and Beauty from Ashes.
Providing repurposed essential items clothes and furniture to families is an act of kindness. Many children and adults in transition don't have much if anything.
Hardships impact the emotional and economic stability of families, especially youth.
Families should thrive beyond their traumatic experience.
Kids need to feel supported. .
Feeling Good is healthy!
Some donations are sold to provide funding for our youth project Excel.
